At VRCÔMFY, We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
(For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies — see section 6.)
We gladly accept returns for unworn items. Feel free to try on your garment over undies and make sure it fits. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with attached tags and liners, and be free from any damage or scents.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, unwashed.
With all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact us first at support@vrcomfy.com before sending anything back.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with hangtags and liners intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage, or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, without explanation. The same condition requirements as in section 2 apply.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank or card issuers may take additional time.
