📦 How do I track my order?
After you placed your order, we sent you a confirmation email / text message with your purchase (depending on which of the two you chose to give us during checkout).
Once your order has shipped and is on its way to you, we'll send a confirmation email with the tracking number, so you can follow its progress. Didn't receive confirmation? Please click this TRACKING LINK. Contact our customer service support@vrcomfy.com

📦 Didn't receive an ORDER COMFIRMATION or SHIPPING NOTIFICATION?
As long as you entered your correct email or cell phone number, you should have received an order confirmation from us when you completed your order. If you placed your order using your email address, make sure you check your junk/spam folder too! If you did not receive an order confirmation, please reach out to us at support@vrcomfy.com
📦 Can I cancel or modify (all or part of) my order after it is placed?
Please contact us at support@vrcomfy.com during 24 hours to modify or cancel the order.
*Since we start to process your order shortly after it is placed, in many cases it is not possible to change or modify. But we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Please understand however that this is not always ‘possible’. If you are unable to cancel within that time frame, you may return or exchange your order after you receive it.
📦 Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped from multiple locations and / or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.
📦 What if my order is missing, damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us if you have not received your delivered order, or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and any other problems we would be happy to assist.
