To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• Your request is made within 30 days of delivery
  
  
• Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging
  
  
• All accessories and tags are included
  
  

• Most packages include a return label. Simply attach the label and drop the package off at your nearest carrier location.
  
  
• If you didn’t receive a return label, please contact us at support@vrcomfy.com or use the chat feature on our website to request one.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for worn or washed intimate apparel.
